What are the conditions for an expat mortgage in the Netherlands? 

There are some conditions for expats and their mortgage:

You have lived and worked in the Netherlands for at least six months 

You have a Dutch bank account 

You are an EU citizen 

Are you a non-EU citizen or from Liechtenstein, Norway or Iceland? Then you’ll need a non-temporary residence permit
